Twain PTSA EZ Grant FAQ:

What is an EZ Grant?

An EZ grant request can be for a project, program or items that would be paid from PTSA funds designated in the budget.

EZ grants will be awarded to support the Twain PTSA mission, as well as enhance the curriculum and dynamic learning environment of Twain Elementary. EZ grants should have school-wide application and impact (realizing that such impact may be realized over time i.e., the grade-level equipment that will be used for multiple years) rather than one-time events or experiences for individual grade levels.

Who can apply for an EZ Grant?

Members of the Twain learning community may request an EZ Grant. This includes parents, individual staff members, or entire departments/grade levels.

How do I apply for an EZ Grant?

To apply for an EZ Grant, review the EZ Grant Guidelines and complete the Application form. Submit your completed form to the PTSA mail slot in the main office. The PTSA EZ Grant Committee will review and prioritize grant requests.

What is the timeline for the application process?

An EZ Grant cycle will be held in the fall. If funds remain, an additional grant cycle will be held in the spring. Information regarding specific application dates will be announced via the Bobcat Blurb and posted on the PTSA website.
