The Twain Dance Rocked!

We had a great turnout for the school dance on friday night!

Over 400 young bobcats enjoyed the music, showed off their dance moves, and played with friends.

THANK YOU to Dance Team Leader Heather Scott for bringing this event back to in-person for the first time since 2020. It's a big feat with lots logistics and we appreciate her amazing effort! Our students had an incredible time!

A big thank you to our PE teachers Mrs. Nelson and Mr. Womble for dancing with EVERY CLASS ALL WEEK LONG as they learned their glow party dance routines.

The PTSA School Dance is back for 2023!  

ONLINE PRE-SALES END WEDNESDAY, 2/1

School Dance Glow Party will be on February 3rd, 2023 @ 6:30-8:00 pm. Doors open at 6:15 pm.

Just like in years past, Twain PTSA has hired a DJ to teach each grade-level a dance routine. The dance lessons will occur in P.E. the week of January 30th.

• Admission is $5 per elementary-aged child and their younger siblings.  
• No older siblings are invited, unless they are volunteering with an adult.
• Adult admission is free.
• Pre-order your admission, dance trinkets, and food tokens and SKIP the lines!

Pro Tips & FAQ:

• Where do I pick up my pre-sale items?

At school pickup today by the covered area fence OR at the gym lower entrance.

• Where do I enter the dance?

At Library Entrance after you buy admission, or at the Gym Entrance for Will Call pickup.

• I still need to buy my admission bracelet and my kids want ALL the glow trinkets!

Sales of admission bracelets and tokens will be at the library entrance. Redeem tokens inside the gym for glow trinkets and snacks.

FAST lane sales from 6-6:15 pm for PTSA Members with early admission. 

• Should we eat dinner before the dance?

Yes! We will only have snack foods and treats and water/gatorade available for token redemption. 

• What should we wear?

There will be black lights for this glow party dance, so wearing white or fluorescent colors will make you glow bright!
