The Back to School Welcome BBQ was a resounding success!

The purpose of this event was to welcome all our Twain Families to the new school year. This event was spear-headed, lead, and executed by our fearless volunteer parent Molly Honig. Molly has been a huge advocate for our Twain students, with over 10 years of active PTSA involvement making events like these happen. Thank you Molly for being so instrumental to starting this year off on the right foot.

Also, a huge round of applause for Heather Hakes-Miller and McGinnes Ladd who were instrumental in making the BBQ a success. They helped to co-plan all aspects of the event from the beginning and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the event. We could not have done this without you!

Just as important as the leaders of the event, are the volunteers that signed up to run the event. To make this event successful we had over 53 volunteer slots to fill and we filled 50 slots! Positions included Set Up, Line Helpers, Clean Up, Bobcat and bobcat handler, PTSA Table.
