We're going on a Space Odyssey!

Have you heard? Twain PTSA is bringing the Pacific Science Center to Twain Elementary!

On February 27 and 28th, our students will enjoy an in-school field trip with Pacific Science Center's Science on Wheels.

Students will embark on a "Space Odyssey", beginning with an assembly, hands-on workshops, a planetarium visit in the gym, and a visit to a pop-up exhibit. Click here to see a 'social story' preview of the day.

While there will be some grade intermixing, Kindergarten - 2nd grade will primarily 'go' on Thursday, Feb 27 and 3rd-5th graders will follow on Friday, Feb 28. Due to scheduling logistics, not all classes will be able to attend all the program elements. We are trying our best to have all our 600 students experience a fun and enriching science adventure!
