Literacy Day Book Donations

Do you have gently used children’s books that you’re ready to give away? Please send them to school for Literacy Afternoon, happening during school on April 3.
Literacy Afternoon is when we celebrate everything about reading! This year’s theme is Reading is Out of This World.
One of students’ favorite parts of the event is choosing a book to keep, but we need more books to have one for each Twain student. If you have elementary-aged books in good condition that you no longer need, we will take them off your hands so they can find a new home at Literacy Afternoon. Picture books, chapter books, and graphic novels are all appreciated as we need books for all grade levels. Please bring books to the collection bin in the hallway outside the main office between March 10-14. Thank you for fueling the minds of our stellar readers!
