Important forms and notice for all enrolled families:

• Choir Enrolled Families exclusively:

  • Choir enrolled families - Please view Parent chaperone guide
  • Choir performance date - 3/31
• All programs:
  • Make-up classes (if any) will be the week of 3/31.
  • Please view the Parent Guide.
  • Behavioral policy update: In addition to issuing a warning, we will also contact parents to pick up their child during class if their behavior is disrupting the class quality.
  • Boys & Girls Club & other programs: Please coordinate your child's pick-up and drop-off process with the Boys & Girls Club and other programs in advance if they attend after ASP. It is enrolled families' responsibility to ensure your child arrives at the correct location. Our program teachers and parent leaders will be busy with sign-in and sign-out and may not be able to assist in time.
